Individual Therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. As your therapist I strive to make you feel like your experiences, your identities, your values, and your goals are understood and honored. • Disordered Eating (Health At Every Size®)
  • Body Image
  • High Performance/Perfectionism
  • Self-Esteem
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Relationship Concerns
  • Life Transitions

  • Grief
  • Identity Exploration/Development
  • Athletic Identity/Injury

In-Person Individual Therapy

Individual therapy asks us to be vulnerable and courageous in exploring our emotions and experiences. It is my goal to create a space that feels inviting, comfortable, and safe for you to do the work you are coming to do. My work is client-centered, in that I will meet you where you are at and work with you on the goals you have, while also providing direct and gentle challenges from an objective, compassionate perspective.

I believe it is important for me to name that while we may not share identities or experiences, I will commit to approaching therapy with you with humility and compassion. Finally, as I value building authentic connections with my clients, I will incorporate my personality and sense of “cheesy” humor into our work and invite you to do the same.

*In-person individual therapy sessions are offered on select days of the week.

*COVID safety precautions are being taken.

*Office address: 2150 W. 29th Ave #330, Denver, CO 80211
